When Andrew and I planned our New Zealand road trip, we had several bucket list destinations, including Crystal Cathedral, Pancake Rocks, and Queenstown, but what’s a trip to New Zealand without spontaneous adventures? We made room for a little bit of both, and here I’ve complied a list of our favorite adventures on both North and South Island. Every sight was breathtaking and awe-inspiring, and we are soooo ready to head back!!
